Jen walks the walk.
She knows what it means to navigate—and come back from— debilitating, chronic illness and severe injury. She knows that if you want things to be better, you have to be willing to commit to change.
She has the know-how to help you create that change, and empower you to take your healing journey outside of her studio & into your daily life.
She shares this devotion with each and every client she is privileged to serve.
Jen received her first round of myofascial release (MFR) training with Howard Rontal in 1999. She then studied Thai Massage abroad in Thailand ~ 2002 and again in 2004. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher (200 hour) under Kimberly Rue-Payne in 2016. Most recently, she renewed her love of MFR in 2025, studying the John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach.
