About Jen

Jen walks the walk.

She knows how challenging it can be to BE HEALTHY amidst our busy lives, but she also knows that if feeling better truly is a priority, you reverse engineer your life to make it happen.

She has the know-how to help you create that change, and empower you to take your healing journey outside of her studio & into your daily life.

She shares this devotion with each and every client she is privileged to serve.

Jen has been a certified Myofascial Release (MFR) practitioner since 2000. She studied Thai Bodywork abroad in Chiang Mai, Thailand ~ 2002 & 2004. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2016 & most recently studied the John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach in 2025.
