are you a GROUPON customer? as the Groupon offer is nearing the expiration date, please keep the following in mind when making your appointment:
~You have to call, email or book your appointment online before January 11, 2012 for the Groupon to be valid. (even if the massage is redeemed beyond the exp. date.) All appointment requests made beyond the exp. date will have to pay the balance of the normal retail value.
~Appointments booked beyond the expiration date can only be rescheduled by paying the balance of the normal retail value. (this is to avoid clients scheduling & rescheduling over & over again.) Thank you.
~The 1 hour Traditional Thai Massage was a Groupon exclusive, and not a timeframe we normally offer. If a Thai Massage Groupon needs to be rescheduled after the expiration date, the face value ($35) can only be applied to a 1.5 hr Thai Massage. (it can also be applied to any massage sessions we offer.)
~First come, first serve. Booking your appointment online will be the fastest & easiest way for you to reserve your slot. We may not be able to accommodate you the minute you call or email, but will reply to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we are closed on all Mondays and some Sundays; messages left on these days will be returned the next open business day.
